Abies Alba (Silver Fir) is rarely used medicinal plant, which is used for antiseptic, antibiotic, eupeptic, expectorant and astringent properties. In folk medicine, it is used to treat joint pains especially due to rheumatic arthritis and muscle pains or cramps. It appears to have mild analgesic and anti-inflammatory characteristics.
